After a pop up advert appeared on lap top, I agreed to have a FREE sample sent to try some face cream, and was told that I would just have to pay P&P at a cost of £5.92. I have now found with NO consent from me that they have taken a further payment out of £79.99. After watching Rip Off Britain this evening alarm bells rang over a company doing the same thing, and after going on line I have found there is plenty of people who are complaining of the same. This must be Fraud and should be looked into seriously.
