PCH flatly refused to anything I asked them! They billed me on paid invoices. They told me my shopping "privileges" were suspended because of this. I sent certified letters to the department heads of their Customer Service and Credit departments. They corrected the invoices, but...I had asked TWICE in letters TWICE sent to them that I require: 1. A statement from them that I owe them NO MORE money and 2. KEEP me OFF your mailing lists. Their response: A letter, a month later, about ONE invoice...that had been paid & posted without a problem that I'd NEVER inquired about in the first place! Also, after requesting twice via certified letters NOT to mail me any more of their junk...I was then placed on their e-mail list and contest packets are now being mailed to my house again! In other words, PCH has done exactly the OPPOSITE of each thing I requested. My next step is the Postal Inspectors. I do not want them mailing anything to my home so that my account will get messed up again. It took over six months and over $30 out of my pocket for certified letters to get that straightened out. I had even asked in my letters: "Do you not read/comprehend English???"
