Thru Facebook I ordered aqualift and did NOT receive, but received Vitaderm instead. I called Feb 1 to cancel, but was told that I would have to pay for the Aqualift which I never even received. The female representative had a very heavy accent and was very difficult to understand. She finally said that I would be charged the $74.99, but they would refund approximately 1/2 of that. For what??? It was a free sample and I did not receive product ordered.
