I received a charge on a credit card for NMX Mind Body Report dated January 18, 2012. I was traveling that day on business (as witnessed by out-of-area gas charge) and did not make this purchase. I tried calling the 800 number listed by the transaction and was put on hold for almost 10 minutes with obnoxious muzak blaring in my ear. No customer service representative answered, nor was I given the option of a call-back. This company is apparently fraudulently billing for unordered merchandise as well as not resolving issues with consumers billed for this merchandise.
