These people advertised that if you pay 39.99 you get to talk to your family for a whole month. Well let me tell you this isn't true. They cut off the line after 9 days,14 days, 20 days and sometimes they'd make you unable to talk to your family for a few days and then connect the phone back in.When you call them...they don't have patience to talk to you and sometimes would hang up on your face. At first when they started they were great but after a few months they've changed. It use to be people from the states who could call their families back home in Haiti. then It became the opposite. Although you yell at them, curse them because you're pissed, you still need to talk to your family. I just wish they'd stop the false advertisement and give the service that people pay for. I hope this website can help. It would mean a lot to us Haitians who are working really hard in the states to help our family back home. These people are nothing but crooks and thieves...they need to pay for what they are doing because it's wrong. Give the service or lose the company.... Simple...
