Purchased a mitsubishi projection tv approx. 31/2 years ago as a gift for a family member. Above date it an estimation of contacting company. Warranty ran out, company would not sell an extendable warranty. Had problems with lamp burning out and smell of burning. Company did work with me on replacing lamp, however shortly after lamp problem was fixed, black and white spots started developing on tv. Contacted mitsubishi about it and was told they are not responsible since warranty had run out. Offered no help with the problem.
