On January 10th, 2012 I submitted an order for a 14 day trial offer of anti-wrinkle cream sold by PURA SILK online. This oder was submitted with the intentions that should I not be satisfied with the product, I was to return the unused portion of the product (at my expense of shipping and handling) within 14 days of the original order date. The order was placed on January 10th, 2012 and was shipped back to Pura Silk via USPS Priorty Mail on the January 23rd, 2012. Before doing so I had called Pura Silk for a Return Merchandise Authorization number which was noted on the returned package and on the packing slip inside package.
Tracking the shipment via USPS the shipment arrived @ Lewiston, ME on (Wed)January 25th, 2012 (6:27am) and was delivered to Pura Silk on (Wed)January 25th, 2012 (12:55pm).
According to the terms and conditions of this offer I am not obligated or do I owe Pura Silk because all conditions have been met to cancel this order.
On (Mon)January 30th, 2012 my debit card was charged $89.99 ! I had 4 debts coming out of my bank account that week. When Pura Silk debited my account $89.99 it put my account in overdraft 4 times $35 plus $7 a day service fees as long as there is money owed on the overdaft(s). On January 30th, 2012 I called Pura Silk and expressed how TOTALLY pissed off I was and demanded that they credit my account! The lady on the end of the phone checked the tracking info and verified that I had met the terms and conditions of the trial offer and came back on the phone, appologized for the mess up and notified me that Pura Silk would credit my account within 3-5 days in the amount of $89.99 and would credit my account for the overdraft(s) but I would have to fax a copy of my bank statement showing the overdraft charges.
This was done and I called Pura Silk Back and spoke to the operator and she notified me that my account was credited $89.99 and would show up in my account within the 24 hour period.
Well, today is the (Tue) January 31st, 2012 and no credit has hit my account and I now am overdrawn $35 plus $7 accruing daily.
This screwup on Pura Silk's(Natural Health Network) has cost me and what TOTALLY is upseting is I did everything on my end to met the criteria of the offer and Pura Silk(Natural Health Network) is not! AT LEAST NOT ON TIMELY MANNER! If this was Pura Silk's(Natural Health Network) money would they not want this resolved IMMEDIATELY? If this is happening to me....how many other individuals is this happening to and this company Pura Silk(Natural Health Network) is using their customer's money to benefit their own needs
