Aqualift / Vitaderm

My husband saw the advertising of free Aqualift and Vitaderm samples and Rejuveye for 2 or 3 dollars, the only payment was shipping and handling. The order went through on January 3, 2012. The creams were received on January 30, 2012. My credit card was charged at three different dates with 78.14, 83.21 and 51.90 (the free sample). When I called Aqualift customer service, they said "I'm sorry, but terms and conditions were accepted" Terms and conditions (in small letters) said that if you would like to cancel you have to call within 14 days of ordering the creams, which were received 27 days after. After told them I will call my credit card and ask them to cancel the payment, etc etc. they agreed to return the money, they gave me 3 confirmation numbers and told me that I will receive 3 emails with these numbers. So far, no emails have been received. So I still will call my credit card company.
Do not trust these people, they may have a good product, who knows for sure, but that's for sure the way to gain new clients.
