I tried to do a payday loan. After I was on the phone with the company from INDIA, I decided to NOT go through with the transaction and told them to delete all of my information from their system. 2 weeks later, they submitted a transaction in the amount of 99.49 to my bank as a check, and I DID NOT AUTHORIZE IT. I told them I DID NOT want to pursue with it. This is extremely frustrating because NOW there is no way to contact them to get my money back. I have filed a claim with my bank regarding this issue, but there is no guarantee that I will get my money refunded back to my account.
