On May 26th there was a change made to my Insurance, but not to delete my ford arrow star. I told them to put it back on the policy. I spoke to a “Jacob” Ext 2138 who took care of this. I just found out that “Jacob” is no longer with the company.
In July I found out that this had not been done. I talk to a “Marcy” Ext2126 on the 26th of July who said she sent an FS1 to Motor Vehicle. I called Motor Vehicle, they said this was done.
Later in August I got a notice that there was no insurance on my Ford Arrow star. I called “Jacob”
And he said that he had put the insurance on the Mercedes by mistake, that he would fix it. I waited one week and called back and talked to “Hall” Ext2283 who said this had been done.
On September 3rd I had and an Accident, to find out that they had put my insurance back on the Mercedes. And that my van had no Insurance.
On 11/14/2011 I talked “Terse” conformation # 94914GM EXT 2209 who assured me that I had insurance, and sent me a new insurance card to that affect I took it to court and my ticket was dismissed
Then I started receiving phone calls from “Senate” 888 804 8595 EXT 1412
I then called a “Jenifer Donahue” conformation #00578A and later 76714HZ and 92A230663
We discussed the fact that the car they claim I insured I had never been registered or used, while the car that I was using was registered and not insured. She asked me for proof of that fact and I sent it to her by Email I also sent a copy to”Tim Harrison” the Adjuster who is behind all of this.
