I responded to their advertisement for samples at cost of less than £6 - on 4 January 2012 - and mid January one of each product was sent to me. At end of January I discovered two charges had been made against my bank £200 in total. I have been to the bank and they have cancelled my "order". My bank advises that accepting the samples constitutes an "agreement" to receive the product.
I thought I had bought the products from a reputable company - Dermalogica - and it was only when I rang thru to Dermalogica
today (31 Jan) that I discovered that they do not sell the two products. I have warned Dermalogica that the advertisement seems to be linked to their name, and that other people will also have been duped.
