I would like to formally print a retraction of my previous statement concerning Britensure. Yes I have found it impossible to contact them by the phone number given but in every other way the company has treated me very fairly and swiftly. On seeing my statement on this website V Smith e-mailed me directly and I relayed my details back to her. I have been issued a returns number to return the two vials and have even offered me a refund of my shipping and handling due to my circumstances. No other charges than the initial S&H have been debited from my card and I have a confirmation email stating that no further charges will be made against my account.
As such I think it only just that this retraction is printed as the company has dealt with me fairly and honestly and because of my teeth being extracted have even waived the S&H charge which I think very honourable.
I would like to thank V Smith of Britensure for their prompt response to my concerns and their swift dealing with a matter which was causing me great concern. I can only assume that there has been some error in other cases which I am sure they will strive to correct.
