When I received Sept. bank statement there had been $448.61 deducted from the bank account. I did not understand and called 3rd Party Customer Service. They said it was for insurance (which I absolutely do not need and do not remember ordering) but I could receive a refund in approx. 21 business days. Have called 6 times and the "company is having some sort of trouble." Am sure now it was a scam and I will not get a refund. I will also file complaint on 3rd Party Customer Service.
