Pretty much the same story as everyone else. I got a virus warning that would not go away. I couldn't do anything on my laptop so I purchased the "antivirus" software that was showing on my screen for $59.95 and still nothing worked except that I was out $59.95. So far they will not refund my money so I am reporting them to my attorney general's office. Do not buy this software, shut down your computer and bring to a reputable repair center to be cleaned.
