I signed up on the 28 of December for a work from home opportunity and was supposed to have details on how to set up the business sent to me, up till now I did not hear anything from the company. To my surprise I saw a charge of £65.00 on my bank statement with ref ebizpckg. I then checked the internet and got a toll free number to call, when the person picked it up I asked what the charge was for she said I was supposed to set up my website by myself and that they were not supposed to send me anything. I asked her that if the company was not supposed to send me anything then what was I paying for? She said I should have read the terms and conditions. I asked for her name and she said that she is one of the Officers working in the company and she is not allowed to give personal information i.e her name! She assured me that my money will be refunded in 7 to 10 working days. This is definitely a means of stealing by deception.
