I HAD APPLIED ONLINE FOR A CASH ADVANCE OF $300.-$400.00 ON APPROXIMATELY 11/14/2011 UNTIL 12/01/2011 AND THEN PAY IT ALL BACK WITH A $30.- $45.00 CHARGE.
NOT ONLY DID THEY DEPOSIT $150.00, IMMEDIATELY AFTER THEY HIT MY ACCOUNT WITH A .08c CHARGE, THEY ALSO HIT IT FOR AN ADDITIONAL $.01c, THEN ANOTHER $.01c CHARGE. THEY KNEW THAT MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WAS ALREADY IN THE RED AND NEEDED THE MONEY TO BRING MY ACCOUNT TO A POSITIVE AMOUNT.
WELL,, NOT ONLY AM I MAKING A $40.00 MONTHLY PAYMENT, THEY TOLD ME TO MAKE SURE THAT THE PAYMENT IS IN MY CHECKING ON THE 30th OF EACH MONTH. THIS IS NOT EASY TO DO AS I AM ON SSID OF UNDER$700.00 AND HAVE A 14 YEAR OLD, DAUGHTER, WHICH I RECEIVE NO CHILD SUPPORT FOR. WE DO NOT LIVE IN PUBLIC HOUSING AND ONLY USE OUR STATE MEDICAID IN AN EMERGENCY AND ONLY GET LESS THAN $200.00 IN FOOD ASSISTANCE. WE ALSO HAVE NO CAR AS WE CAN NOT AFFORD INSURANCE,PAYMENT AND A OUTRAGEOUS GAS EXPENSE.
I GOOD GO ON & ON, BUT MY #1 COMPLAINT ABOUT iLender.net IS THIS: WHERE ARE ALL THE STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS WHEN IT COMES TO ROBBERY OF SUCH A HIGH INTEREST RATE OF ALMOST 700% ?
