They cancelled my membership when it was supposed to be lifetime then when I questioned why with a supposedly live agent.She replied just pay the lifetime fee and I said I did pay it.She said well you have remembered to pay.I said just give me a customer service number so I can resolve this issue,she said sorry no customer service.I'm done I told her thanks for nothing there was no reply.
