ordered the african mango product with 14 day trial before an on going monthly fee if wanted to continue recieving, 20 days later still no product but money taken from my account.I rang the service centre and expressed my views on the situation. they said I had a 14 day trial from the date orderd so as it was after the 14 days they billed me for on going shipment. I simply pointed out that I had not recieved any product within that 14 days and they were in breach of there contract of delivery and ordered the money to be returned to my account or consumer affairs would be called wich then they agreed to refund the money within7- 10 days. I asked for name and ref number. so waiting to see what happens next... this company should not be trusted on any terms...
