I sent for the "free" Elite ECigs also. I caught the post to my M/C on 12/28/11. When I called about it they told me to send it back for a FULL refund - "no problem". Now they say that because my credit card did a "charge back" my account is closed. Only answer is that I don't owe. My Bank card says they challenged my dispute and stated that the "trial period" was only 14 days AND the return ticket number issued by the USPS is "invalid", Their NEW terms are stating that you have to call for a RMA#... but they didn't give me one when I contacted them for the return. I am going to continue to fight this one! Oh yea, there is no evidence that I initiated anything with that company.... expect my records:)
