thank you kathy, for posting the phone number...!! i could not find it anywhere...i found the online ordering process confusing and found i could not change ANYTHING once i got past a certain point...(this occurred on feb. 1/12...)
so, i too, have been charged @78 CDN... without wanting 2 sets...(only wanted one)
i phoned the number you provided and i cannot do anything until they receive my order, so i will have to wait a couple more days...
so i am back to customerstatus.com checking to see what's up w/ my 'order'...
YIKES.. i did not realize that there was no phone number readily available before i started all this...
will certainly be more careful in future.

- Cathy, thanks for posting the Co. name & phone number. I, too, must wait until my "order shows up in their system" before I can cancel it. I will not do business with a co who uses such fraudulent tactics. Cannot believe they have been getting away with this. They would have done so much better to have a clean, clear website interface to sell their product. Too bad for them. You did good, Girl!
