I went into website for beauty products and noticed that there was a free sample of Perfect Radiance, so went to order it on the net. When I found out there was £2.95 postage I decided to abandon the order, so came out of website half way through. After this I had a phone call. I can't remember if it was that day or the next asking if I still wanted my free sample. I said yes OK, but then she said that a bottle would be £74.95. I said but I only want the free sample, and I repeated twice that I only wanted the free sample. Thinking that I might have a problem with this I kept all the relevent paperwork. I even mentioned to my husband I was worried that they might take advantage, now they had my debit card details. On January 30th I checked our bank statement to find out that they had indeed taken advantage of it and taken out £74.95. I was furious. On getting into the website I see a number of other complaints re this happening to other people.
I made a phone call to Revitalize Health & Beauty 08081683684 and 15 minutes of waiting to speak to someone I spoke to a female representative. She said she wouldn't refund the money as I had already had the moisterising Cream and used it. Now she is saying that the free sample is the bottle that arrived and I was signed up to have a regular delivery. As I was very distraught I eventually put my husband onto them. He said he would take legal action as fraud has been committed here,as there was no supporting paperwork stating this was not a free sample. He requested a emediate refund back into our account and to cancel account with the company. They eventually agreed to this. We are awaiting their reply. I shall be going into the bank tomorrow to make sure no other money is paid out.
