I ordered boots and didnot receive any emails from them or purchase order numbers. I emailed and complained once I saw the money come out of my bank account on the 11/01/2012 to date still no reply. I have received correspondance from the UK Border Agency and Deckers Europe Limited , informing me that the goods (UGG Boots) are counterfiet and will be destroyed. The payment taken from my account shows up as Lunjieng S.R.O. Although the site mywinterboots.com confirmed my payment received through Wedopay.net. I have complained to them and no response. These emails have been returned invalid email address.
I am still trying to get refunded.

I would like to point out that the amount was in Sterling not dollars
