I purchased a new Cricket smart phone along with new service from Cricket at 17 West Benson Street Reading, Ohio 45215. After purchaseing the phone on Wednesday Evening and letting it charge for the night I went to turn it on Thursday morning and it would not turn on, The power button was recessed into the housing of the phone. They told me that the phone was dropped. It was not dropped at any time. It was only hours out of the box. I was forced to purchase another phone for 80 dollars.
