A prompt continued to appear, asking for a 'VISTA ANTISPYWARE 2012' to be downloaded, stating that I had trojans and spams and viruses and advised me to download it. I did but only free version. I could not get rid of the prompt and was given no option but to purchase a 1 year license. I thoughts it would fix the problem but it did not and I came to discover that I had been conned out of £40.41.
I received a bank statement on the 18th of January, explaining that money had been withdrawn from my account.
