This is Ben Ford, as for the meeting in person, that would be a bit difficult.
The order number does exist - all we need is your e-mail and we will give it to you. The site also does exist - it becomes available right after payment. The members area, that is. Many customers close the window by mistake, we know it is not uncommon. The newsletters are the bonus, and they arrive after you supposedly read and watched all the information on the members page.
