I ordered a "free trial" of Ortho White tooth whitening formula. Their offer states that they would charge me only $1.00 for shipping. A week later, a false debit charge of $68.41 appeared on my bank statement. Nowhere in the ad does it state that I would be billed this amount if I did not cancel. I am on a fixed income and because of this my electric bill will not be paid this month. I wish to sue for $100 including phone charges, time, and the inconvenience they caused me. I may increase this amount if my bank account ends up in overdraft. This company has to be stopped.
