These people told me they would modify my loan, lower my payment.Sent paper work they asked for and asked " What about my loan payment ?" Was told not to worry they were going to make everything current and it would be a fresh start. Clean slate and start my payments current and lower payments. Am in fore closure mortgage company says no one contacted them. Just said we had an attorney and mortgage company is not able to contact us after this.Am out this money and if I cant catch up they will go ahead with foreclosure.
