Same story as everyone. They called and called until I sent them my watch. Could get no one on the phone or email until this day. My rep was Al Bolton, (Alfred Bolton)? I also talked to JC Piquant a couple times. A total mess and a scam. Rick Latona is the owner. Seems he is involved in domain names as well. He knew this scam was going on the whole time and did nothing. But his bad reputation is beginning to catch up with him. He will be branded forever.
Update: 01/27/2012
I have pictures of most of the players. Here are the names in order, please match pictures to the names.
Kevin Mcquilkin, Jonathan Swift, JC Piquant, R.J. Berge, Ray Latona, Trisha Cox, Eric Toso.
Wouldn't want to be you guys.

Correction, the correct name of the owner/scammer is Rick Latona, or Richard Latona who is listed in the BBB as the owner of www.webuywatches.com
Check out the bbb link, they got an F again and again. But let not your heart be troubled, anyone with that sort of reputation will never do business again. http://www.bbb.org/atlanta/business-reviews/watches-dealers/webuywatchescom-in-atlanta-ga-27291341
