I ordered the priobotic cleanse tablets,and accai berry,for a trial.The advert stated the customer was only paying for shipment of the products,this being £4.95,and £2.95. I received the products within a week,at on different days. I then found I was billed for the full cost,IN 2 SEPERATE TRANSACTIONS.
The first amount was from a company called body wellness in america,and the 2nd was from bio uk,billed from malta. I only used my debit card once,so how come 2 different companies? I managed to be able to contact body wellness.They said if i returned the product,i would receive a full refund,but im not so sure.The bio uk has no numbers,or addresses.I believe that they are the same company,trading in different names.Although the bank has send info to them to cancel anymore money coming out of my bank,this takes upto 31 days before this will happen.The banks say that there isnt much they can do in such cases.These are common occurrences, which mislead the customer,thinking they are getting a trial,but are buying into a subscription.You must notify your bank,to cancel this,otherwise they will keep taking your money every month.They said stopping your card,wont make any difference,as they have a way of forcing the payment through. Nightmare! For me,these people need to be stopped asap,it is a con!
