Okay,

After submitting a form yesterday I did get hold of the company that sells the above products. First of all, they claim that the Facebook adverts have nothing to do with them despite the fact that the Facebook adverts divert us to their website, which I find hard to believe.

They also told me the real prices of the products are in Terms and Conditions on their website. So on the Facebook adverts, on their internet adverts or on their website you cannnot see the real prices, £75 for Nutrascience and £37.50 for Pro Health Herbal Cleanse. This is only stated on the Terms and Conditions. And there is more. If you don't immediately cancel your supposed subscription, they will send you these products every month and you will pay the above amount monthly. Plus more as the shipping charges will increase to almost £10.

I was even more surprised when I spoke to my bank and they were aware of the problem with this company. This month I've lost the money. But the bank told me that despite the cancellation there may be charges by the company, if this happens they'll deal with their bank.

I called the Naturascience Customer Services again and cancelled a subscription I was never aware I had.
It is true- it was my responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions. And the bank says that this company is getting away with it because the real prices are in the Term and Conditions and by ticking the box we're allowing them to do this therefore what they do is legal. But I never suspected that there could be such a huge price charge for products which are £2.49 each to try.
Even if they get away with this legally, how can the whole thing be RIGHT?

The amount of time and money I spent after clicking on an advert....Unbelievable!
