The company advertised free trial for 14 days with reduced price for postage (approx $5US). I ordered these on 3 January 2012 and have not received the goods and yet the company has charged my credit card for the next month's charges for each product ($90US each). The phone number does not work as I was left on hold and told the voice mail box was full. There is no email contact. I will now have to cancel my credit card and get a new one. My bank has had several other complaints about this company as well.

I have since been contacted and given an email address [email protected]. I have now been able to stop this product.

- The pills arrived late today in the mail - 24 days after the order was placed. While I now have the products, there was no paperwork explaining how I can return or cancel them. Take care!
