So i get this phone call from oxford loans and investments from a Ms. Tracey Styles saying i was handed to them through a lending tree and that I was approved for $5000 dollar loan an they emailed me a contract and i printed it off an filed it out even bank info then faxed the contracted back.Then i recieved a phone call from a Mr. Kevin Mcgill saying that i was approved and he recieved my secured funds of 670 canadian or 654.76 usd it was..Now today he calls an tells me that the lender backed out do to descirptances on my credit an that he is going to try an find another lender for me an it could take 1 to 5 buisness days for that an that he is a third party an doesnt get paid tell i get myloan. i kept everything from contract to my recipt of money wire every email every number and name of every person spoked to i think i got scammed almost sure of it said i could get a refund but i know it will never come .....

- never got the money an lost another five hundredon top of it an then they had the never to ask for another four hundred three days ago its a scam i called them out on it an they said i could get a refund in thirty days it will never come bigg biggscam were not the first either...........

- the same thing was about to happen to me and I thank everyone on this site so much. I am glad I got suspicious when a ladt Suzan Lee from this Oxford Loan and investment co called me and said congradtulations I am approved for 5000 loan so I let her tell me the details. Then she says I have options to secure loan and everyone of them included paying them money but she said that my lender is going to b the name of this person Garth Saunders and I immediately questioned her about that because it did not sound right that a loan co was having a private person supply the money and sh tells me that is how they operate. So I have her fax me these forms and contract just to see what they looked like and began to look this oxford loan and investments up on the net and found this site and these post and am so glad I did before I may of agreed to this. Thank you and I just have a feeling this place is not legitmate and agree with the others on this site not to use them for a loan as it is very possibly a scam.

- WELL MS LEE ALSO TRIED TO DO THE SAME WITH ME BUT AHHH TO MANY MISTAKES FOR A COMPANY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN BUSINESS OVER 13 YEARS. ALSO IF YOU GO ON GOOGLE MAPS AND PUT IN THE ADRESS THEY GIVE YOU IT COMES TO A STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF A RD IN A RURAL RESIDENCE. THE OTHER RD IN SE IS ALSO THE SAME. SO IF YOU EVER WANT A LOAN THEN LOOK ALOT AND CHECK TO SEE IF THEIR ADRESS IS LEGIT... I AM NOT A STUPID WOMAN AND I HAVE ALSO CONTACTED AUTHORITIES ON THIS MATTER.

- Well unfortunately I also got scammed. In the hole by 551.20. I have left numerous message and it has been thrity days and my money has not been refunded. Its funny but now there website is no longer functional. Guess its just a loss. Not sure how to fight this. If anyone has any luck please post here.
