I received an email from Electronic Cigarette Free Trial <[email protected]> about the electronic cigarette and the free trial just pay for shipping. I ordered it on april 21, 2011 and an extra package of filters for 14.90. It said I had 14 days to cancel any additional charges for filters so I called around one week later and said I wanted to cancel any additional charges. They talked me into trying it with a different favor and offered to send me a package of light menthol filters. I tried that one and it still wasn't for me so I called them back on may 1, 20011 and said I wanted to cancel any additional orders. They told me I had to return the kit to them by May 4, 2011 or they would bill me for that kit. I told them there was no way I could get that kit back to them in 2 days and they told me they would go ahead and bill my credit card for 69.9o and then credit me back the amount once they received the kit. I told them the email and their website offered this free trail and NEVER mentioned anything about returning anything only about calling and canceling. I even spoke to customer service before I ordered, still no word about returning anything. I was billed 69.90 on may, 23 2011. Is there any way to stop this company from ripping anybody else off and/or get my money back.
