When I called the phone number to stop this unauthorized debit I was put on hold for over an half hour. I was given this website to supposedly resolve this issue. My only recourse is to file a dispute with my bank because I can tell this will not be resolved any other way. This is a real inconvenience these people need to be behind bars for stealing money.
Update: 01/29/2012
Finally contacted company by phone and was told I would be refunded in 3 to 7 days. I am still waiting and Feb. 6th we be the 7th day.
