I ordered AquaLift as a free sample and received a jar of Vitaderm in the mail. In a thank you for ordering e-mail response from the company they said I would receive a continuous supply for $74.99 in about 30 days. If I wasn't satisfied with the product I could just notify them and future mailings would be discontinued. I didn't know this was an automatic renewal until this response. I e-mailed them that I didn't like the product, they sent the wrong product, and I did not want any further mailings of the product. I did this twice. Both times they answered but never acknowledged sending the wrong product. In the last email they said my account was canceled and there would be no further mailings. Then I noted they charged my account for $74.99. I sent them another email telling them to remove the charge from my account and I would send the product back to them if they wished even though I paid $3.95 for this supposedly free sample. I have not heard back from them as yet and plan on trying to call them today.
