Firstly this site is a saviour, My mother sent for the "sample" as did many others on this site and the company to date have taken £500.00 in payments ranging from 2.95 - 79.99.
I found this site today and called Revitalize and demanded all money goes back to my mothers account and they agreed.
Lets see what happens and I will keep you posted.
P.S they require all samples etc back unopened

- Hi hopefully you will get your money back but the best thing is to change your mums bank card altogether because they might keep taking more money. I did that today after reading all the scam reports as they took £79.99 out my account this morning and had no idea who it was as it shown up on my statement in a foreign language so I looked it up. so I hope it goes ok and let us know.

Hi Julie, Its good to see a site like this as she and my father are elderly and been worrying sick about it all.
My mother approached barclays about it 4 weeks ago and they stated that they need to give 28 days until they could do anything, so in meantime another £155 had been withdrawn.
Revitalize were just taking from bank account via D/D , so I guess in small print somewhere they can carry on drawing money via D/D.
I will keep you posted of course -

- It seems that halifax know about this scam and refund you. I went in to my bank today and explained and they were very helpful and said to change the card and after 30 days set up a dispute because the site does say you can cancel at anytime which even if you do they still take your money so you antake action straight away.
