Ordered "Free Sample". Unsure what was received - was supposed to be 3 items, but only 2 arrived. Ad on internet was very vague or not clear at all on what was to be sent & time frame of "free period". I did not ever receive the $97.88 item, but about 2 weeks later was billed for that amount and then again in Jan 2012 and still no product received! Every charge on credit card showed the charge originated at a different CA city - LA, Tarzana, Van Nuys & Sherman Oaks - is this just to confuse us?? AuraVie phone rep said they have USPS confirmation of delivery of the items - only rec'd the one free sample. I also received a cosmetic product from a company called Allu Enterprises - never rec'd a free sample from them, but did receive their full product container (pyramid bottle). Allu also charged us $89.98 on the same credit card. Their rep basically had the same answers to my questions as AuraVie. They must both have the same script to answer questions!!! They claim they are not connected in any way, but it is odd that my credit card was debited on the same day for the free shipping charge. I also did not order from two companies - only filled out one order form. Stay away from both of these companies!!!!
