Quid Corp contacted us stating they could help us in our efforts to raise money for our building fund. Over the course of their process each step cost us money. From the initial asking price of $6000 to create business plan and start Letter of intents they requested an additional $1000 per $100,000 that we wanted to raise. Our building fund was emptied as well as our CEO dipped into personal funds to fund this effort to contact Private Funders, Foundations, and start a capital campaign.
