Be aware of “Clearance Sales” SCAM by Bassett Furniture (bassettfurniture.com). First you think you are ordering form Bassett Furniture Web Site… Well, YOU ARE NOT! They send your order to a store (a distributor) … and they do send your credit card number along. On the day my payment was to go through, I called Basset to confirm delivery. Well, no delivery! The order has been cancelled by Basset Furniture. The excuse: well, we are out of the items. Well, guess who has my money??? Just glad I was able to block the transaction. .. Oh yes, Basset gave me a number to call to get my money back… On my own! So stay away of Bassett Furniture online. IT IS A SCAM… THEY LIE… Customer service hangs up on you. SHAME ON YOU BASSETT!
