I purchased a memory pillow and it was moldy and damp. The lady who was the acting store manager did not want to give me my refund for the moldy pillow, but when I told her I was reporting this to the Consumer Protection Agency, she gave it to me. The Pillows remain in the store and they should have been removed and returned to their supplier. The mold smells like wet dirt.
