Since the van began to malfunction the same day I brought it from Terry

Thompson, the check engine light had codes that you were hire to repair.

With no avail, after 7 check engine lights and codes the van has been in

your shop for the repairs, your shop has repeatedly failed to correct the

problem. I feel I have been deceived, seeing that Terry Thompson had hired

your company Jordan Automotive to make these necessary repairs, I am

holding your company liable for these repairs your company failed execute.

The automotive service render has a defect and is causing significant

inconvenience and stress my family safety while riding in a van you

repeatedly failed to repair.

I am also concerned that these failed attempts by Jordan may have or cause

more damage to this vehicle. Jordan automotive is responsible for any all

damages caused by his company failed attempts. As of today, the van has

not been repaired, and no one has contacted me with definite plans about

when repairs will be made. I would appreciate hearing from you as soon as
