I was offered a discount, but only if I paid by money order so I paid by money order (big mistake). I was told if there was a problem I could return the converter and get reimbursed. The SA Explorer did not work and I returned it, but never received reimbursement. I called and was told they could send another box, but no reimbursement even though they had my money and the returned converter box.
