I only signed for the $2.97 value kit, what I never received. After this, my debit card was charged since August, so I paid all together $234.69 for nothing. Of course I called them, even I had no clue what is this deduction from my account. I never opened any account, never gav any promission for this charges. When I called grant, the employees very unpolitely hunged up the phone, no one wanted to take responsibility. The alleged The supervisor's name is Brandon White and the manager 's is Alex.They said so refund after 30 days, but I never ordered anythinbg else just the starting kit, and I even didn't know I have a account with them. One employer-his name was Erik- didn't find my name and my account. He asked me for my credit card number, I didn't want to give to himn, but he said, without the number he is unable to find my datas. It was very strange and after the conversation I closed my band account immediatelly. Later my many attempts to call grant, was unseccessful, never answered me back.
