Using a Quicken Visa Card accumulates points that are redeemable. Among the redemptions is a cash reward. When I applied for the cash redemption a official, Gloria Aviles, identifying herself in a letter as a Financial Service Advisor, told me on a recorded phone conversation they could not award me cash. Later someone called to say they could give me credit on future purchases. When I asked if I would accumulates points, they say they would get back to me. They have not gotten back to me.
