I was also a gullible customer of this company. Stupidly ordered the samples of the wonder diet pills and awaited receipt of the good which never arrived. Only when my account showed a debit of nearly $100 which I had not authorised, did the penny drop. I phoned the company and demanded a refund. At first I was told there was nothing they could do - I had agreed to the terms and conditions saying I would be billed monthly for product. I pointed out that I had not even received the trial pack and was not prepared to pay for ongoing supply. Eventually, after threatening to report them to Consumer Affairs, I was put on hold while a supervisor was spoken with. I was given a refund number and told that the full amount would be credited to my bank account. I will be watching my account closely - if nothing shows up in a few days, I am determined to report this scam to the authorities.
