I had purchased and received one lot of the both Revita Derm and Anti Rides Serum, as adviced by the company to buy both for the best results. However not completely impressed with the produce, I did not reorder.
My bank account showed a withdrawal of the amount above withdraw from my account without my authorization. on the 30th of December 2011
Two separate withdrawals.
1) Revita Derm $US 79.99 plus Bank fee for foreign exchange conversion of $2.60.
2)Anti Rides Serum $US 74.99 plus Bank fees again. $2.43.

I was away on vacation until the 10th of January 2012and unaware until my return.
I have left it till now as I knew produce would be in the post and not a lot I could do about it.
Although greatly disturbed that a company could do this. I am now trying get some satisfaction from the company for some sort of redress and apology, let alone commensation, and naturally assureness that this does not happen again. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This is totally unprofessional business practices and it need to be exposed.
It is pretty hard to even communicate with the company from New Zealand. I Believe I am in my rights to a sum of $NZ 205.91 the total withdrawn from my bank account. This includes Foreign Currentence Bank Fees of $NZ 5.03.
I have the produce unopenned and if return is required I and happy to do that postage at the companys expence of course, not mine .
