I ordered a "free trial" and then was charged 2 separate times. The terms and conditions of this trial never pop-up or appear to tell you an amount you will be charged. You are also enrolled in autoship. Customer rep told me this morning there was no refund available for opened products, but according to the website you can return unused portions if you are unsatisfied. They also start your 14 day free trial from the order date, not when you receive your order. The order takes a week to arrive, how are you suppose to decide after a few days. Buyers be very aware. I order products online frequently, and the terms and conditions have always been clear. Most products also come with paperwork stating the terms and conditions also. These products are not worth a $1 much less $150.
