- I had a similar hassle exacerbated by the fact that I have virtually NO computer skills. After dealing with about 30 min. of stonewalling, I was finally connected with a supervisor who told me my bank had the ohone number of the merchant. When I called, I was given a spiel trying to get me to at least try the system but was given a confirmation number for a credit card refund after deciding that I wasn't going to try this at this time. The number is (888)841-5446.
