I ordered a TRIAL of Liposom and another TRIAL of Biosomatic. Before I knew it they were billing me for their goods that I didn't even receive. I kept e-mailing them but never got back to me with a direct answer other than telling me to phone a number in London. On the 19th of Jan 2012 I receiced 2bottles of Liposom and 1 bottle of Biosomatic. Why I have 1bottle of 1 and 2of Liposom I don't know. I e-mailed them to say I didn't want to purchase this product until I knew it worked for me. They have responded by saying they will cancell further products. I only asked for a trial.

- you should make sure you call customer service to make sure your account is closed...my experience with companies like this is they say one thing and do another...
