Zumba (television program offer)

I ordered from Zumba from a tv offer; one of my doctors told me i was nuts to even try it! i called the number on the invoice to get the Return Authorization number; i asked if i should just mail it back to the address on the invoice, i was instead given an address in Ohio when they are in California. whatever. i placed that call on december 13; the tracking number tells me it arrived at the destination it was mailed to (i have no record of this unfortunately)on december 16; Zumba says they have no record of it being delivered to them and they continue to charge my checking account $30 a month. I asked if there was any indication that i called to get the RA number on December 13 and was told that yes, there was that indication but NO MENTION OF ME ASKING FOR AN RA number! So what, I called just to say hello? apparently there is Zumba Fitness and Zumba.com: i was told that i ordered from Zumba.com: well okee dokee then. SO WHAT? I returned the package; it arrived at the address given to me by their representative when i called the invoice phone number regarding returns. ofcourse i have nothing written down about the call; hey, this has never happened to me before. i think the biggest indication of a swindle is the notation that i DID indeed call them on december 13 but gee, no indication that i asked for or was given an RA number. so i just made up an address in grove city, ohio?
